Acceptance of Terms

By using the bot Blair in any way you agree to follow these terms completely. We try to make them fair for you and all users so thank you for taking the time to read them. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the bot, if you want to remove your data please contact @sethyl on Discord.

User Responsibilities

You agree to

  • Use the bot in a lawful manner
  • Not abuse, bypass rate limit or spam bot commands
  • Not use macros/auto hotkeys/auto clickers or any sort of exploit that gives you an advantage
  • Not attempt to break or exploit the bot, if you find an exploit DO NOT use them and instead report this to the Tickets channel (we give bug bounties)
  • Not try to steal/scrape/manipulate/corrupt data from the bot
  • Not scam people in any sort of way
  • Create one or multiple alt accounts to gain unfair advantages or “share” currencies or cards to another user for no real reason
  • Use automated self-bot/scripts/macros/hotkeys/clickers to interact with the bot
  • Any form of cross-trading with IRL currencies/other bot currencies or collectibles
  • Follow Discord’s own Terms of Service and Guidelines

Not following these rules, will result in a account reset OR a permanent ban and blacklisting you from using Blair.

Bot Usage

We provide the bot completely free for you and everyone to enjoy. We do our very best to keep it online and running smoothly but sometimes updates or unexpected issues happen. You can always check the current status in the status channel on our official support server. There is no uptime guarantee but we will always try to fix problems as fast as possible. Please do remember that there is only 1 developer for this bot so bug fixes, new features, card releases, etc may take days or weeks.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (in most juridictions) to use this bot. If you are under 13, you must have a parent/guardian to give permission to you.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your own Discord account and any activity that happens through it with the bot. There are no excses accepted for this and you will be punished accordingly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the bot if you break these terms. We may also report you to Discord’s Trust and Safety if we need to.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the bot.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top will show the last update. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
